The charity organization «International Charitable Foundation «Hands of Friends» implements humanitarian and social projects for the provision of charitable and emergency aid.

Project participants are mostly those who are most in need of outside help: vulnerable people, large families, the elderly, people with disabilities, IDPs, and victims of war.

«Hands of Friends» works with participants through legal entities, namely representatives of the Military-Civilian Administration, local governments, humanitarian headquarters, social services, government departments, public and charitable organizations, etc.
